How many inches more can I grow using your methods?

Really, it depends on your age and if your plates have closed. If your plates haven't closed, you can expect 4-6+ inches of growth using our methods over ~12-24 months relatively easily. If you are post-puberty and your plates have fused, growth will be harder but still possible, though it will take your dedication and investment.

How much do the methods you use cost?
